Each store sends the prize to its own winners.
How winners are picked
Winners are picked at random (Node crypto.randomInt) from every entry. If the host keeps the draw re-check on, we check again at draw time that each winner is still in the required servers. Anyone who left is skipped and the next random entry is used.
